The problem here is that OOo normally has an own writer2latex in its
installation. Which then maggically would work when you use Java in OOo.

But as the internal writer2latex now is disabled in favour for using the
newer external one, there wouldn't be any per default and people would
wonder...

That was the rationale for the Depends, but I agree that it can pull in
unwanted stuff....

I am currently not sure how we should fix this..
