Since both #400236 and #400608 are bugs about opening/saving dbase files on 2.0.4/amd64, I would guess that they are the same bug as #419740 and http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=74814 and as such fixed in version 2.2.0-4 or earlier. Without a sample file I cannot verify these two myself though.
