Package: openoffice.org Followup-For: Bug #390682
2.0.4~rc2-2 on start-up would work, then segfault or lock-up when importing a .doc file. On subsequent start-ups, it would attempt a recovery, then segfault. To fix, I had to rm -r ~/.openoffice.org2 purge OOo 2.0.4~rc2-2 then reinstall OOo 2.0.3-6 from testing to successfully load .doc files. The "recovery" process, once it had fouled things up in 2.0.4~rc2-2 would also cause foul up of OOo 2.0.3-6 when OOo 2.0.3-6 atttempted to recover the file. I ended up purging and reinstalling OOo 2.0.3-6 to get it all working again.
