Package: openoffice.org-writer Version: 2.0.1-5 Severity: wishlist When I select a toolbar (e.g., via View->Toolbars->Name) I get a floating toolbar. When I now switch virtual desktops with fvwm2, Writer from OpenOffice.org stays on its virtual screen, while the toolbar remains sticky, i.e. is still visible. So regardless which virtual screen I select, I always see this toolbar. This does not happen if the toolbar is docked.
As the toolbar is only sensible in conjunction with Writer itself, it does not make sense to have the toolbar sticky. It should *always* remain on its originating screen like Writer itself. In fact, this toolbar disturbs other screens, where the space is required for other applications. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16.5 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages openoffice.org-writer depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.1.0-1 GCC support library ii libicu34 3.4-4 International Components for Unico ii libstdc++6 4.1.0-1 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libstlport4.6c2 4.6.2-3 STLport C++ class library ii libwpd8c2a 0.8.4-2+b1 Library for handling WordPerfect d ii openoffice.org-core 2.0.1-5 OpenOffice.org office suite archit ii python-uno 2.0.1-5 Python interface for OpenOffice.or ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3-11 compression library - runtime Versions of packages openoffice.org-writer recommends: ii java-gcj-compat 1.0.30-4 Java runtime environment using GIJ ii openoffice.org-java-common 2.0.1-5 OpenOffice.org office suite Java s -- no debconf information -- Dr. Helge Kreutzmann [EMAIL PROTECTED] Dipl.-Phys. http://www.helgefjell.de/debian.php 64bit GNU powered gpg signed mail preferred Help keep free software "libre": http://www.ffii.de/
