[please CC me on replies] Hi,
I did search the archives but found no answer, so please excuse if I ask what seems to be a FAQ: I have a set of Type1 fonts in .pfb/.afm files in ~/.fonts. fontconfig finds them. I also used type1inst to create fonts.dir and added the fonts to the X font path. *Every* application (xfontsel, gs, TeX, gimp, firefox, dia, you-name-it) can use these fonts, just not OpenOffice.org. In my world, the fonts should just appear. Anyway, I was willing to consider trying spadmin, but it does not recognise the .pfb/.afm files as fonts. What am I doing wrong? How can I achieve what I want? -- Please do not send copies of list mail to me; I read the list! .''`. martin f. krafft <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> : :' : proud Debian developer and author: http://debiansystem.info `. `'` `- Debian - when you have better things to do than fixing a system Invalid/expired PGP (sub)keys?
