Note the current i386 packages use -Os for opimnizing for size already (and -mtune=pentiumpro). And changing the optimizations on OOo lets you quickly run into weird bugs... > the compilation process returns to me this error: > # Files created in debian directory > rm -f debian/*.postinst debian/*.postrm debian/*.preinst debian/*.prerm > if [ -d "debian/stampdir" ]; then rm -rf "debian/stampdir"; fi > rm -f debian/shlibs.override.stdlibs > rm -rf images* > /usr/bin/make -f debian/rules control > make[1]: Entering directory > `/var/cache/apt-build/build/openoffice.org-2.0.0' > make[1]: Nothing to be done for `control'. > make[1]: Leaving directory > `/var/cache/apt-build/build/openoffice.org-2.0.0' > Error while building openoffice.org! > Sorry, no package to install. > yottabyte:/home/bedo# No idea. Works fine with plain dpkg-buildpackage / debuild and also inside sbuild/. You need to get a person knowing what apt-build does to fix that (and send me a patch). I don't see a real sense in apt-build anyway so this is not something I will invest much time to fix... Regards, Rene
