Hi,
I don't know the process for Debian (René will help you here), but, just
in case, have you, in your sources,
a directory called "x11_extensions" ? The missing includes you mention
are inside.
Other test to do : can you try again adding "--with-x" in your command
line ? Not sure it works, but you can try...
