Hello,
libmyspell3c2_1:3.0+pre3.1-14 was build on a power-PC system with
libc6_2.3.5-1 installed.
That prevents from installing it on power-PC with libc6_2.3.2.ds1-22,
the current lib C on unstable.
At http://packages.qa.debian.org/m/myspell.html says testing status
libmyspell3c2/powerpc unsatisfiable Depends: libc6 (>= 2.3.5-1)
Please rebuild on powerpc with a libc version from unstable.
