The Problem is that you need non-free stuff (the non-free JDKs out there) to build/use those so they are not done in the main Debian package because main has to be self-contained for building and running. There is a addon package for 1.1.3 (openoffice.org-java) at http://people.debian.org/~rene/openoffice.org/1.1.3/ which contains those jars.
