hi folks, so I tried out the experimental 1.1.3 packages for ppc, found they were rather crashy, and tried removing them to dowgrade to 1.1.2... but they won't remove, i guess because of this line:
/var/lib/dpkg/info/openoffice.org.postrm: line 46: update_desktop_database: command not found ... so I changed it to update-desktop-database as in other similar lines, now it works. er, guess this is a bug report with a fix... matt -------------------------- .''`.
