Steps to reproduce: 1. Data -> Consolidate -> Help (Help window covers dialog and partly the Calc sheet) 2. focus Calc sheet by pointing 3. Consolidate dialog steals focus from Calc sheet, both Calc sheet and dialog pop into foreground, backgrounding the Help window.
