Anyhow, why do you think it is a OOo bug? The error message obviously says prelink... Reassigning and making this (and the already reported identical) bug RC... Probably the dependency on libelfg0 is too lax (wrong shlibs?)? Reassign to libelf0g as appropriate after fixing this :) The bug submitter probably should tell what libelf0g version he has installed; I have 0.8.5-1 (up to date testing and up to date unstable)..
