Package: openoffice.org Version: 1.1.1-2 Severity: normal Followup-For: Bug #194820
Hi, I noticed that when calling openoffice directly with a document as parameter, either on the command line (e.g. ooffice <document> or also oowriter <document>) or through mozilla, the openoffice windows opens and then jumps up before/while opening the file. The distance of the jump is roughly by the height of the title bar. This happens at least with writer, calc and impress. This can lead in deed to the fact that the title bar is above the top of the desktop, depending where the original window appears. This effect doesn't appear when starting openoffice empty and opening a file from the menu. I only noticed this since 1.1.1-2 but the effect is only really noticeable when the title bar lands above the desktop horizont (which happens only for writer in my case). I'm using KDE 3.2.2-2 by the way.
