Package: openoffice.org Version: 1.1.1-1 Severity: wishlist Tags: sid l10n Hi!,
I just wonder if it could be possible to have language selection as an item in the "tool" menu. Maybe as a submenu itself showing the available languages for spellchecking. Right now I understand that the only way to do it, is through Tools->options->Language Setting->Languages->Locale setting which doesn't even tell you if spellcheck is available for that particular language. I think it doesn't make sense to let a user select a language if none of the tools (Spellcheck, hyphenation, grammarcheck -someday:D-) support it. Maybe there could be a Locale language and a tool language, from which only supported languages would be selectable.
