MS Word has Format-->Font-->Underline Style = "Words only" OOo has Format-->Character-->Underlining=single, tickbox="individual words"
I still cannot make a new problem file upstream, but the original test file is sufficient to show a problem exists. I will make an upstream issue but the debian issue should not be forwarded until a problem file can be reproduced upstream as there might be a debian problem that makes this file bad?
