Dear all, I'm trying desperately to get the fonts http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/arabeyes/ae_fonts1_ttf_1.0.tar.bz2 and http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/arabeyes/kacst_fonts_1.5.tar.bz2 installed on my unstable system so that I can use them with OO. To no avail. Here is what I've done so far: - get http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/arabeyes/ae_fonts1_ttf_1.0.tar.bz2 http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/arabeyes/kacst_fonts_1.5.tar.bz2
- mv to /usr/share/fonts/truetype - tar xjf - chown -R root:root - chmod -R 755 - dpkg-reconfigure x-ttcidfont-conf - edit /etc/X11/XF86config-4: add FontPath "/var/lib/defoma/x-ttcidfont-conf.d/dirs/CID" FontPath"/var/lib/defoma/x-ttcidfont-conf.d/dirs/TrueType" - edit/etc/X11/fs config: add to 'catalogue': /var/lib/defoma/x-ttcidfont-conf.d/dirs/CID/,/var/lib/defoma/x-ttcidfon t-conf.d/dirs/TrueType/ Any hints?
