I did, but it wasn't so helpful:
~/build/xml-forrest $ openoffice
Starting configuration import into user data ..
.. importing layer file:///tmp/oooLocale.XXXXRdEkPi - succeeded
Illegal instruction
So I made it dump core, but this is all I got from the backtrace:
