Hi, I have the same problem here and I just tried to follow it with strace
it seems to come from the french install: the directory /usr/lib/openoffice/share/template/french/wizard/bitmap was missing, making it a link to ../../english/wizard/bitmap solve the problem this bug should perhaps be reassigned to OOo localized packages.. or file a bug upstream to make OOo search for bitmaps in a non-localized directory -- aurelien
