Not at all. Are you sure you only have 1.1.0 packages installed, and nothing else? Hint: dpkg -l openoffice.org\* If that doesn't help, try moving ~/.sversionrc and ~/.openoffice away and start OOo again, to see if it is a problem caused by something in your user settings directory. Chris
