Hmmm.
I just tried to google for ooconfigimport, and found nothing but Debian
change logs.
I'm not excited about dealing with undocumented tool, at list for now.
Infortunately, there are only 24 hours in a day :(. Maybe the best way is
to bug OOo developers about documenting the tool.

I just wanted to do a simple thing.
- take a snapshot of default OOo user configuration,
- use OOo GUI to custumize it configuration,
- create some sort of diff
- when new user runs OOo for the first time, apply the diff just after
initial configuration is created.
