- debian/rules: Don't use tcsh to call build
- Reverse order of parameters in hook script calls
- debian/control.in: Change libpam build dependency to
libpam0g-dev|libpam-dev to help autobuilders
- Don't use bison from unstable to build because it fails again :-/
