perl is not needed for sarge and OpenOffice.org. debhelper will work

you have to recompile against libc 2.2.5 right? I build it already and
the files can be found here:
bourbarki.math.uni-kiel.de/~jpalic/OpenOffice.org
If they really needed, I will put them to my server ... ok?
Where can I get them?
