Localized help in OOo

I don't know if I'm the only one to get this, but even if OpenOffice.org 
is in French, the help still appears in English, which is weird for 
unacustomed users.

If more people are having this problem, could this be put in the TODO 
page on the web site?

I'm willing to help anyone trying to do this.
