I've put a (bandwidth-throttled) mirror of the Debian OpenOffice packages online at:
deb http://www.phy.olemiss.edu/openoffice/ unstable main contrib This mirror is rsync'd from ftp.uninett.no manually. It is also available at rsync://www.phy.olemiss.edu/openoffice/; however, please don't rsync from me unless you intend to provide a public mirror (i.e. don't use apt-proxy's rsync backend). This site is in .us and has a pretty decent pipe; I'll track this list and manually resync as needed.
