Um... And why didn't having a working connection to X server through ssh help? I'm doing these build on a machine with no monitor and keyboard. I _did_ use 'ssh -X' when I logged in and there _is_ a working connection to X server since I can, for instance, start gimp. Am I missing something obvious here? Suonpää...
