hi folks, Just want to confirm that I have this problem aswell, using openoffice.org1.1.3-4 and cupsys 1.1.23-*, under xfce4. Under kde and icewm I think the connection to cups is still functional -- but I can't be sure, as another bug renders all the menus unreadable when OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP isn't set to "gnome" (this is #241529).
