There is no "and/or" keyword for machine-readable copyright format's
License expressions. Please use "and" for the two qcam files. And I do
not think you should reference GPL-1 here. As the corresponding c file
references GPL-2+ it is safe to assume that the header is supposed to be
under the same license. Please add the exception for both files in
d/copyright.
