The license for Bonanza (top-level shogi computer player) is clearly
non-free because of the "non-commercial" clause.  Aside from that, my
interpretation is this could be acceptable in non-free - does this
look OK ?

Homepage [0] is in japanese, candidate source code for packaging can
be found at [1], "Legal notices" in readme.txt only reads:

 This program is protected by copyright. Without a specific 
 permission, any means of commercial applications are prohibited.
 Furthermore, this program is distributed without any warranty.
 Within these limits, you can use, redistribute, and/or modify it.
