Yep. I saw that one. I'd say that the analogy is pretty spot on. Whether we want to emulate the full complexity of that legal model is a good question. I definately think that we can borrow some things from it. I wonder how legal search databases work. Can you visualize a way we could squish a faq-o-matic, mailinglists and the concord voting scheme into some kind of case law precedent tracking thing-a-majigger?
