CNRI has released the 0.6 version of Grail with a new license; it appears to be DFSG-free (or at least that appears to be their intent, since they have no plans to develop it further).
The license is at: http://grail.cnri.reston.va.us/grail/source/license.html If it is DFSG-free, I'm willing to move the package out of project/orphaned and into main; I might also be willing to maintain it if it's non-free (if it doesn't seem like a complete hassle).
