I am not a KDE/(popup-)notification expert. Found this: https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Notifications#Notification_popup Unsure, if you have a problem only with device-add/device-removal or in general no popup-notification at all. -sed@- P.S.: With DND = DoNotDisturb mode you can disable notifications.
