qt6-svg-plugins is now a Recommends of libqt6gui6 which you will have installed. If you had to manually install the plugins, then either libqt6gui6 6.7.2+dfsg-5 just missed the mirror sync or you don't install recommendations. When I upgraded my system this morning, qt6-svg-plugins was installed automatically. -- Med vänliga hälsningar Patrick Franz
