Thanks, I downgraded plasma-framework and made it on hold, and it works
(I also restored my ~/.config in case something was changed in the
configuration)
Bug is https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1088674 :
versions of plasma-framework after 5.115.0-5 are only suited for
applications needing a v5 framework, but running under v6.
