Have a look at the official documentation [0].
Basically you can run :
kwriteconfig5 --file ~/.config/kwinrc --group ModifierOnlyShortcuts --key
Meta ""
qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin reconfigure
to revert to the previous behaviour.
