in teoria, da quel che ho capito, questo file è aggiornato, se necessario, quando fai "apt update"... e va a pescare i dati nei repository indicati nei sources.list. Prima di tutto verifica che in nessun repository vi sia bookworm. > Secondo voi è meglio aprire un bug report? Su quale pacchetto, base-files? Come indicato anche da altri, ti consiglio anch'io di aprire un bug sull'upgrade del sistema, come indicato nelle release notes... se non risolvi.
