Bumping this, as Trixie is nearing the soft-freeze date and this still
hasn't been fixed with 2
reports, this one and #1102039. I don't know if elfutils is strictly part
of the toolchain freeze
or not, but being toolchain adjacent, with a rather nasty linking bug
that's already fixed
upstream, I'm not sure if a new version would be pulled in even if a new
version were to
be released.

Can someone grab this patch before the freezes and merge it in?
