This is a false alert. Commit 8fd9efdd6cc7fd537aa3ac1d4c57178ca0d3e6b7 in the GCC packaging should prevent it. Here are some details, in case further investigation is required. Between gnat-12_12.2.0-14_amd64.deb and gnat-12_12.3.0-4_amd64.deb, the Ada sources are identical, the checksums in .ali files are identical but the timestamps in .ali files differ. gprbuild/2023.0.0-3 source package builds with gnat-12/12.3.0-4 and libxmlada-input12-dev/23.0.0-3, so a difference in timestamps only does not trigger the indirect failure scenario described in the Ada policy.
