We need to track the causes, not the symptoms - affects is
sufficient for the symptoms.
Like there's no point in opening 20 bugs in all the packages I've so
far seen broken by #871246 - these would just be 20 bugs that have
to be closed manually after #871246 got fixed.
And regular build test coverage on amd64 is good, if any FTBFS would
ever slip through it would be found again within weeks.
