It seems to be java-gcj-compat-dev,
based on dpkg -S .

buried...

BTW, how did you find the package? I think the best way would be to
check /var/log/dpkg.log for the packages removed immediately before
you sent the bug report (12 Feb). I meant to say this the first
time..
I'm reassigning the bug to that package; let us know if you find out
more.
gcc maintainers: this looks like it might have been already solved;
related bugs: #328743, #336728.
Oh darn. Sorry! Brain short! I told you which package
*currently* supplies rmic.1 . I'm afraid my logs don't go that
far back. I don't think I can supply an answer any more.
