Please note that the CPU is a strongARM. The system is a Netwinder
(www.netwinder.org)

Details:
sshd is working correctly. I can ssh to the box from an x86 sarge or
woody host. I can not ssh from the strongARM box to any other sshd host.
I have reproduced this problem on three separate strongARM hosts running
ssh 3.8p1-3

Sorry, I completely forgot to reply and completely forgot about
the bug.

In any case, this has been fixed in sid already, probably in
libcrypto, since pb in #debian-arm said this breakage was caused
by breakage in libcrypto.
