I get the very same segfault when trying to rebuild the libxine (version 1-rc4a-1) package in Sid using gcc-3.3 (version 3.3.3 (Debian 20040422)). However, if I use gcc-2.95 (version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)) instead, it compiles just fine. Just wanted to let you know this.
