Not much, I fear. One C++ ABI transition per year has to be expected from now on? (ACT releases a new public version about once a year.) The key differences are G++'s large user base and the GCC maintainer team. GNAT (at least the 3.1?p version) has no Debian maintainer at the moment, and nobody complained that a central package (libgtkada1) fails to build from source etc.
