I think these bugs (#137091 against xterm and #137324 against cpp-2.95)
are the same thing. I upgraded cpp and gcc yesterday:

[UPGRADE] cpp 2:2.95.4-11 -> 2:2.95.4-12
[UPGRADE] g++ 2:2.95.4-11 -> 2:2.95.4-12
[UPGRADE] gcc 2:2.95.4-11 -> 2:2.95.4-12
[UPGRADE] gcc-3.0-base 1:3.0.4-1 -> 1:3.0.4-2

  cpp seems to be an empty package. Are you using a broken version of
debhelper?  (#135479, #135459)

torrent:~> dpkg -L cpp
/.

  If I don't hear back soon I'm going to reassign #137091 to cpp and
set its severity to Grave.
