I'm attaching a few minor kbsd-gnu fixes for rules.defs:
- Enable java for kfreebsd-gnu
- Enable ffi for kfreebsd-gnu and knetbsd-gnu
- Enable checks for kfreebsd-gnu and knetbsd-gnu
- Fix typo I introduced in one of my previous patches
(s/netbsd-elf-gnu/netbsdelf-gnu/g)
