This chip is (well?) supported mainline kernel. Ben Dooks (simtec
guy?) supports samsung chips.

This chip comes from Intel (Marvell bought pxa to Intel). PXA300 is
supported mainline. I do not know if those are compatible. Marvell has
a git tree, mainly for orion and kirkwood at git.marvell.com

This is mainline supported, also Ben Dooks and it is in on going development.

A great reference for searching the kernel source tree can be found at LXR[1]
site. For patches RMK has a tracking system for patches [2]. Also you
can search mailing lists for searching known bugs, patches, comments
at marc.info[3] site.
