Maybe I got too used to debugging with `printf' :D I usually add options
to Salsa CI configuration to enable more debugging info when I need more
info and push fixes to test (sometimes on a separate branch), but I see
that not everyone like doing this.  And yes, it may be hard to inspect
the running state of a Salsa CI pipeline directly.
