No. In fact, I think we should not be packaging emacsql-sqlite3
anymore, and we should use the occasion to remove it.
The upstream maintainers themselves contend that package
developers should not use it, and rely on emacsql instead :

It has no reverse dependencies, and I fail to see how it could be
useful to anyone if not as a dependency for another package.
The next release of emacsql will not support it, and will make it
obsolete, a point of view the upstream maintainers of
emacsql-sqlite3 themselves seem to accept :

It was removed from MELPA last April for this reason.
