This means that URLs like http://packages.debian.org/unstable/debian-el
now work, and I have added the enries to `M-x debian-bug' (in package
debian-el) and debian-changelog-mode (in package dpkg-dev-el).  Version
27.5-1 was just uploaded a few minutes ago.
