Hi all, currently, the gnus package in unstable is shipped without documentation because it's been released under the GNU free documentation licence and thus isn't compatible with Debian licencing, as I understand it. Emacs itself, however, is packaged including its documentation which is provided under the fdl too. So, the obvious question is: What's the difference and what would be the proper solution for the gnus package? Would, as a last resort, a seperate package gnus-doc in non-free be an appropriate solution? GNU stuff in non-free seems rather strange but would be funny anyway.
