When I invoke (meta-X) wl-summary-reply-with-citation, I get the following reply header:

By changing line 704: (setq cite-title (format "At %s,\n%s wrote:" I now get when I reply: On Wed, 12 Nov 2003 10:57:52 +0900, Is there a better way to customize the wanderlust reply header than hacking the .el file?
